OFFER INSTRUCTIONS
BUYER AND INVESTORS
If you
do not have a broker or agent you are working with, call us at 310-826-0888. We
are REO / Foreclosure Specialists and can help you avoid mistakes and problems that
can arise if you try to buy a foreclosure or REO on your own.
REAL ESTATE AGENTS
- Please do not call
to ask if we have offers on a property. We update the MLS throughout the day. It is advisable to WRITE YOUR CLIENT'S HIGHEST & BEST OFFER at the time of submission, as we cannot guarantee a counter offer.
- In order to submit an offer, you must download the Brentwood Real Estate Group Offer Instructions. This downloadable checklist must accompany every offer presented to Brentwood Real Estate Group. Page one must be signed and initialed by the Buyer and signed by the Selling Agent. Page two must be signed by the Selling Agent. Failure to comply with Seller requirements may result in an immediate rejection by the Seller.
AN ORIGINAL “INKED” OFFER NEEDS TO BE DELIVERED TO BRENTWOOD REAL ESTATE GROUP. FAXED OFFERS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Our address is:

- Confirming Receipt of your offer & Seller responses will be sent by email. Please make sure you provide us with a valid e-mail address.
- Incomplete offers will result in delays. We cannot submit your offer until we receive any missing items from you.
- If your offer package is complete, we will submit your offer same day and give you a call as soon as we get a response from the Seller. Generally, this is within 3 Business Days or later.
